Sarah Davis

Sarah Davis is an Integrative Nutrition Consultant and Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her philosophy on health is that we nurture ourselves from the inside out when we prioritize our food and lifestyle choices. A “balanced” lifestyle brings us sustainable wellness we can enjoy for a lifetime.

Whether you are managing health concerns like an autoimmune condition, your relationship with food, gut and digestion issues, hormonal shifts during menopause or pregnancy, nutrition needs for your adolescents and teens, or sustainable weight loss, I will create an individual program for you to help achieve your goals one-on-one. As unique individuals, our nutrition plans should be individual too.

I received my training at the Integrative Institute for Nutrition in New York City. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has a degree in Continuing Education from Purchase College, SUNY and certification in functional nutrition and wellness from CUNY (CWC). I am the nutrition consultant for the YourSelf educational series, teaches nutrition workshops in middle schools, and works with high school and college athletes in sports nutrition. I offer individual nutrition counseling to families and individuals, and also host speaking events on prenatal and postnatal nutrition, sustainable weight loss, autoimmune and GI conditions, and healthy aging at corporations, medical practices, clubs and organizations, wellness centers, and fitness studios.
